Have never had a bad experience, everyone has always been nice to me and helped me when I had any questions
I will change my review once I call back and receive the service I should receive, seeing as I've been shopping with the same company for 6 years.
After being an Aarons customer for 6 years in Jacksonville, NC, I finally moved to Pittsburgh, PA. Seeing as I've gotten a TV through them before, I decided to use the Aarons closest to me, which happens to be this store.
This place is horrible. Do not buy anything from this place. The manager is uneducated as hell. He doesn't know anything about what your asking for. No info on the tv's he's trying to get you to rent. And on top of that, he trys to take more money than what their deals are that month. I've heard that 4 times after having in argument with him about why my payments on my tv are going up too high after I pay every month. I've heard he robs his employees on their checks. Makes them stay WITHOUT pay. I mean are they even aloud to do that?? Never rent or work here. Place is rigged.
After figuring out I had a discrepancy with AutoPay, I wanted to get my account up to date. The Account Specialist, Nikki (sp?), was amazingly rude when I was trying to figure out how I wanted to fix my payment situation. After asking to speak with the General Manager of the store, she laughed loudly in the phone before putting me on a lengthy hold. After some time had expired, she picked up, told me the GM wasn't available, and asked if she could assist me.
After nicely telling her that I just wanted to speak with the GM she laughed once again where I could hear her. Once I heard this a second time I stated "Nikki, this is why I want to speak to the GM.", in which she responded by hanging up the phone.
I call the place and they had attitude problems with me
Typical rental place. Takes advantage of people in need of furniture or appliances. Management horrible. Delivery people much better.
2 hours later I called back, and actually got to speak with the GM, Kaleb (sp?). He was very nice, cordial, and the reason why this rating is a 2 Star instead of a 1. He apologized for Nikki, took my payment, and wished me a great day. Whenever hired this GM knew what they were doing.
