For starters I called in to ask a few questions due to the fact that the website is down.... not only was it overwhelmingly loud but whom ever answered the phone didn’t seem like my questions were relevant, lots of laughter background chatter and hold on’s that lead to her not being able to hear me But that’s neither here nor there... I proceed to ask my questions which consist of how much is your hair and the installation etc. then she hangs up after telling me the price of the 18” Straight raw Indian bundle. I’m not sure if this was an accident but a call back would have and could have justified how I feel. NOW family members have went to her shop multiple times and I’ve gotten nothing but positive feed back as far as the hair makeup & nails. needless to say I was willing and ready to listen to what they had to say and go for it, but I’m easily turned off. If you don’t have good customer service there is no need to proceed in my opinion
Had a horrible experience getting my nails done by this young lady. This was my first time at the shop and was a few minutes late was treated like i was a half hour late, never asked if i had a problem finding the place. Had no idea the young lady giving me all the attitude was Aliya herself , and she never introduced herself. She then continued to sit at the front desk after sending back to her station, I guess to punish me. My nails were rushed through because unbeknownst to me she had an event that she had to rush off to after she did my nails. Then acrylic cracked after i left the shop and i began to notice several air bubbles, these were glass nails by the way so everything was noticeable, not to mention that my nails were never prepared for the nails so the nails became painful just a few hours after getting them done. I had to soak them off by Monday even though i got them done on Friday. This is my experience with the Aliya Wray Beauty Parlor.
Made an appointment online for a Sunday at 11am got a confirmation email and paid the deposit, arrived at the salon to find it pitch black and closed. Called - no answer
Got my nails done for prom here and they came out amazing, my nails felt great (Last year for prom i got my nails done at a cheap place, the lady cut my finger and after she put the nails on my fingers were throbbing) It is worth the price! Quality over Quanity
I love this place it's very open to all kind of people... you can enjoy yourself why waiting to be next in line she very outgoing respectful and courteous to all her customers. I love love love her nail designs I won't go nowhere else if I want my nails to be epic and not a repeat designed
