We loved TUDI from start to finish. They were extremely prompt and helpful. Mark was our main contact and he was very kind and quick to respond when we asked questions. The installation team was efficient (took them less than 1 day to do a job that 3 other companies had told us would take at least 2) and very respectful of the space. All of this was great and the fact that they had a better price than any of the competition was the icing on the cake. I would recommend these guys to anyone/everyone!
We woke up the day after Christmas with a furnace that wouldn't ignite. Dave came out to our house and was able to diagnose our issue within minutes and got it resolved quickly! He was great with our dog, who can be pretty crazy with house guests. A+ service!

John P. performs service on our air conditioning and furnace and he takes the time to give advice on proper operations and also tips on maintenance. We have also used their plumbing and electrical services and they are excellent. A great company and a great owner!
